Lately, I’ve been struggling to stay focused on my reading. I started “The Hard Thing About Hard Things,” but it’s proving to be a bit “hard” to get through somehow. 😅 So, when I mentioned to ChatGPT how much I enjoyed Ishiguro’s writing, especially after finishing his two books “The Remains of the Day” and “Never Let Me Go,” it recommended I give “Klara and the Sun” a try instead.

The "now" happening.
Quote of the day.
“With books there is no forced sociability. If we pass the evening with those friends—books—it’s because we really want to. When we leave them, we do so with regret and, when we have left them, there are none of those thoughts that spoil friendship: ‘What did they think of us?’—‘Did we make a mistake and say something tactless?’—‘Did they like us?’—nor is there the anxiety of being forgotten because of displacement by someone else.” Marcel Proust, On Reading

“Someone once said that every man is trying to live up to his father’s expectations or make up for their father’s mistakes…” - Barack Obama, The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream
Quote of the day.
“Everyone must leave something behind when he dies, my grandfather said. A child or a book or a painting or a house or a wall built or a pair of shoes made. Or a garden planted. Something your hand touched some way so your soul has somewhere to go when you die, and when people look at that tree or that flower you planted, you’re there.” - Ray Bradbury, Fahrenheit 451
Here we go, again!
Sau vô số lần trang web gặp trục trặc, hôm nay mình quyết tâm khôi phục lại nó một lần nữa!
Hy vọng lần này sẽ khác!
